AttendEasy:

  1. Click Name tags in the blue bar underneath the Registration Manager tab.
  2. In the Creating Labels area, click the Select a label: drop down to choose your label number. *Note: if the label number that you need is not listed, click the Don't see your label? link, and fill out the form to request your label number. We will add your item to the list of available choices within 24 hours.
  3. Click on one of the available templates to use for your labels.
  4. Click Create Labels.
  5. A .pdf file containing all of your labels will be created. *Note: Due to changes in the way browsers handle .PDFs, we recommend that you save the file to your computer before attempting to print your nametags.
  6. Print this saved file using Adobe Reader, and you are finished!
  7. If you need to print name tags for specific people or last minute changes, use the What Would You Like to Do pulldown in All Members.

FundEasy:

Name tags in FundEasy are much the same, but you start in the Column Browser.

  1. To make name tags for participants, change the Show Sponsors Below pulldown to Show Participants Below
  2. Check the box next to Participant Name to select all participants, or select the people you are making name tags for on the bottom part of the column browser
  3. Click Name Tags in the grey section of the Column Browser
  4. Click Choose Label
  5. Click on one of the available templates to use for your labels
  6. Click Create
  7. You will be redirected to the Column Browser, where you can select your starting label. This is handy if you are starting with a label sheet that isn't full.
  8. Click Go.
  9. A .pdf file containing all of your labels will be created. *Note: Due to changes in the way browsers handle PDFs, we recommend that you save the file to your computer before attempting to print your nametags.
  10. Print this saved file using Adobe Reader, and you are finished!

Tips:

  • Click Preview to see a two-page sample of what your labels will look like.
  • If you would like to begin printing your labels in a position other than in the upper left-hand corner label, choose a label number from the Starting label selection box.
  • We recommend that you save your .pdf and then print out a one-page sample of your newly-created labels onto a sheet of plain paper, and match it up with your label paper, in order to ensure that the text fits on your labels.
